  • Rock U is more than a hallway full of lesson rooms. Our students and teachers perform at concerts, open mics, Band Lab shows, community events and more. We want our teachers to feel like they’re part of something.

  • We don’t hand you a rigid curriculum and tell you exactly how every lesson should look. Our teachers have the freedom to meet students where they are, teach to their interests, and help them fall in love with making music.

WE HANDLE THE ADMIN STUFF

  • Scheduling, billing, collecting tuition, marketing and finding students? That’s our job. Your job is to show up ready to teach.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • We’re always interested in meeting talented, dependable musicians who love working with students. Piano, guitar, voice and drums are our biggest lesson areas, but we’d love to hear from teachers of other instruments too.

  • Teaching experience is great, but just as important to us is your ability to connect with students, communicate well, and make lessons something they look forward to every week.
