All of our lesson plans are billed at the beginning of each month. Each plan has a one-time $25 household registration fee.
Lesson FAQs
How do I Rock Enroll?
Easy! Fill out the contact form and then we will contact you to figure out what day and time works for you, and assign a Rock U teacher based on your rockstars goals.
What about months with more or less weeks?
No worries! If you have 4 lessons in a month or 5 lessons in a month, you will still only be paying the monthly rates listed above.
Multiple Rockstar Discount
$10 household discount for each additional student enrolled.
Make Up Lessons
Life happens! Please give Rock U at least 24 hours notice of an individual lesson and we will issue you a free make up lesson to redeem when it works for you. Rescheduling between your schedule and a Rock U teachers availability can be difficult, so a virtual lesson, lesson with a different teacher, or pre-recorded lesson may need to be issued. Refunds are not available for missed lessons. You are allowed 1 make-up lesson per month, and can redeem 4 make-up lessons in a calendar year.
Payments
All payments are done online via auto-pay with the credit card you securely place on file. No cash is available onsite. A late fee of $20 will be applied to any invoice more than 15 days past due.

Holiday Closures
Rock U has a few closures for major holidays during the year. Our subscription style pricing assumes students will receive 4 lessons per month, so months with 5 lessons are “bonus” lessons, and offset months where students don’t have a lesson because of a holiday.
Cancelling Lessons
A minimum of 14 days prior to the end of the month is required to notify Rock U via email or phone if you would like to cancel or discontinue lessons. Lessons then end at the end of the current month you are in.
Lessons cancelled after a payment has been made will NOT be refunded. You may either finish out the month of lessons that were paid for, or apply that payment to a future month of lessons. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances.
